In the beginning, Holistic Life Designs was a channeled concept on being a portal for anyone to get to know the angelic realm, spirit world, ancient wisdom and universal laws.  So I thought!  At that time my journey from the Pentagon to the spiritual path had the hallmarks of Divine Guidance, guiding me to go through the 15 stages of self-empowerment so that I would experience the joys of loving all, living joyfully and channeling peace.  As idealistic as it sounds, I do love the idea of being free to love all, while I live joyfully and channel peace.

Throughout the course of my three-year journey inward, I found each step of the way brought me closer and closer towards my inner core and I felt the power of the yearnings of my soul.  I just somehow knew that within me was the beginning of the healing of my own spirit.  But I learned the long way how deep healing of one’s soul comes with a tremendous price, that of forgiveness of myself and others. Until I learned what the price was, I went in circles.

In the beginning, I felt the consistent vision of creating Holistic Life Designs.  I thought at first that maybe it was a way for me to share my learning points towards the spiritual path.  I felt maybe others too could feel empowered to redesign their lives and live their higher purpose.  On a few weekends in a six-month time frame, I dabbled in teaching a few courses on angel communication and past lives.  These were successful and I felt elated when I learned how each and everyone who attended my courses felt immediate positive changes in their lives.  Some even reported feeling the changes within themselves and in their lives just hours after completing a one day workshop with me.  This testimony brought me confidence that perhaps this was the next course of my life.  But when I scheduled more workshops, I didn’t have the attendance that I experienced in the beginning.  So, I wondered if I have misread my guidance.

At that time, I made subsequent plans to lead workshops locally and I experienced a drought when I scheduled them.  After much needed soul searching regarding lifestyle switches and career changes, I lived a long dark night of the soul.  I had no idea what I was doing and it was frustrating.  I felt lost and confused as to what direction to take my life.  My old life felt lackluster and unexciting.  I felt my old world lacked color and energy.  So, I wondered if I misread the meaning of my sacred signs to feed my wishful thinking.

Still, I knew deep in my heart I was meant to live a more different life than I was leading.  I also felt a certain wisdom that whatever life my path ahead would take me would be a far more adventurous exploration of my own human potential.  So, I took the leap of faith to explore another path, to follow my heart’s desires, to engage what makes my soul sing.  I love world travel, diverse cultures and the mysteries of the universe.  I wanted to learn and explore the world.  I loved the idea of showing my daughter how beautiful the world truly is when we see the bigger picture and truly experience nature all over the world.  So, I took the leap of faith and began my true Journey from the Pentagon to the Spiritual Path.  I haven’t looked back since.

As I am living my own personal transformation, I am experiencing the world becoming so much brighter, more colorful, more joyful and more alive.  I am tapping into my own creativity unknown to me until now, and I am loving my life.  I am also seeing how Holistic Life Designs is becoming a metamorphosis in action.
